It comes in the form of deer wire mesh, usually 2x4” square and typically covered with green vinyl, but often can be brown, black or any number of colors. Likewise the posts are made out of either pressure treated Douglas Fir or steel to add strength and durability. Also, its rarely installed less than 8feet tall because deer are notoriously high jumpers. You will note that we use a very heavy gauge staple to hold the the fence intact as it has to withstand even the most energetic deer.
